    <title>Time Out Parenting</title>
    <link>https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/jflowers101</link>
<description>Take some time out of your day and learn about the science behind parenting. Every child periodically presents us parents with problems&#8212;no doubt about that. This is perfectly normal. Still, we want to tackle these problems when and as they emerge, so they never have a chance to get bigger. And no matter who you are or the type of problem you are experiencing, I have strategies for you. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the first line of defense used by child psychologists across the globe&#8212;it is our bag of tricks. This research based technique to tackle behavioral challenges works like magic and I am here to show you how. My job is to provide you with multiple methods to fix the kid. ABA is the science behind behavior. It is understanding behavior; it answers the question why people, children, pets, and anything living do what they do. Once you understand why the troubling behavior is occurring it becomes very easy to change the behavior. I will provide you with tools you need.</description>
